More about the process…
During the sessions there will be lots of exploration…space for you to talk and think and feel. As your coach I will support you as you move towards living the life you want and also challenge you around what you can achieve. I will listen and ask questions and through this you will gain insight and clarity into who you are, where you want to go and how you will get there.

Sinéad has a really lovely, calm coaching style…and she’s funny too! She’s a great listener and uses her intuition to great effect! She patiently helped me ‘unpack’ my issue and I feel amazing as a result. I have a lot to thank her for!

Life Coaching FAQs
How do I know if I need Life Coaching?
You have lots of ideas, but need help implementing them. You feel stuck and are not sure which way to turn. Things are good in your life, but you know you have much more to give, but are not sure how to go about it.
How do I know you are the right coach for me?
I have a 15 minute introduction call with all potential clients after which you can decide if you think I’ll be a good fit as a coach for you. You will know after 15 minutes, actually probably after 5 🙂
How often do we need to meet?
This varies from client to client and greatly depends on what you want to work on, but as a general guideline meeting every 2 weeks works well. This gives you time to work on things to move you closer to your goals, but it is also not so long that you forget what you were working on.

We start the process with a consultation call which gives you the opportunity to share some details on what you want to work on. I will provide an overview of the service. This is also a space where you can ask questions and get a sense of how we would work together.
